Thank you for shopping with Powerhouse! We’re committed to getting your activewear to you quickly and reliably. Below are the details of our shipping process to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

1. Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the date of purchase.
Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
In-Stock Items: We strive to ship in-stock items promptly. Pre-order or backordered items may have longer processing times, which will be noted at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Shipping: $5.99 flat rate (3-7 business days).
- Expedited Shipping: $12.99 flat rate (2-3 business days).
- Express Shipping: $18.99 flat rate (1-3 business days).
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 (standard shipping only).

International Shipping:
- Available to select countries (e.g., Canada, UK, Australia). Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
- Standard international shipping: 7-14 business days, starting at $15.00.
- Express international shipping: 3-5 business days, starting at $30.00.
Carriers: We partner with UPS for domestic and international deliveries.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and prices may vary for oversized items (e.g., bulk orders or accessories like yoga mats).

3. Delivery Times

Domestic Deliveries:
- Standard: 3-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited: 2-3 business days after processing.
International Deliveries:
- Standard: 7-14 business days after processing, depending on destination.
- Express: 3-5 business days after processing.
Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We’ll notify you if significant delays occur.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, UK, Australia, and select EU countries. Contact us at Jenna.petty@thepowerhousebrand.com for inquiries about additional destinations.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote regions for oversized items. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.
Activewear items like leggings, sports bras, and tops are shipped in protective, eco-friendly packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

5. International Shipping Considerations

Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and are not included in our shipping costs.
Import Regulations: Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import regulations. We are not liable for packages refused or held by customs.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the shipping date at Jenna.petty@thepowerhousebrand.com. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement/refunded order, subject to investigation.
Damaged Items: If your activewear arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at Jenna.petty@thepowerhousebrand.com. Changes are not guaranteed once the order is processed.
